Attorney Profile
I am the lead attorney at Samuel K. Rogers, Attorney at Law. My practice focuses on real estate litigation, property tax (including tax certiorari) matters, estate planning, and general civil litigation.

I graduated with a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2012. I was admitted to practice law by the Appellate Division of the 2nd Department, seated in Brooklyn, NY. Before this, I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Trinity College of Arts & Sciences in May 2004. Prior to establishing my practice in 2018, I honed my legal skills as an attorney with the Law Office of John M. Voetsch. As a verified expert on the Just Answer website, I attempt to make legal assistance more accessible and help the public understand the relevant legal standards. During my decade-long career, I have represented clients throughout Westchester County in real estate, estate planning, criminal defense and tax law matters.
Based on my expertise in local state laws, I routinely work with individuals, organizations and commercial clients to offer professional advocacy. I follow an individualized approach to every case to ensure my client’s interests are secured. Whether you are fighting a criminal charge or dealing with a property dispute, you can rely on my staunch dedication and expert legal advice.
I am fluent in Spanish and German.
